University of Abuja Senate Elects Representatives for Vice-Chancellor Selection Board

The Senate of the University of Abuja has elected Professor Gboyega Kolawole and Professor Kasim Waziri as its representatives to the Joint Council and Senate Selection Board tasked with recommending candidates for the position of substantive Vice-Chancellor.

The election, held during an extraordinary Senate meeting, saw Professors Kolawole and Waziri emerge from a competitive contest involving Professors Rosemary Udeozor, Uwakwe Abugu, and Salamatu Machunga.
