University of Abuja Unveils New Shuttle Buses to Enhance Transportation Services

The University of Abuja has taken a significant step towards improving transportation services for its staff and students with the unveiling of two brand-new 18-seater Ommaa buses. The ceremony was led by the Acting Vice-Chancellor, Professor Patricia Manko Lar, alongside the management team.

The buses will provide shuttle services across the campus, enhancing mobility and convenience for the university community.

The buses were purchased under the leadership of the Council Chairman, Senator Dr. Olanrewaju Tejuoso, and the Acting Vice-Chancellor, demonstrating their commitment to student and staff welfare.

Professor Lar personally drove members of the management team around the campus to test-run one of the buses, showcasing her hands-on approach to university administration.
