Abdulhamid Salihu Achieves Perfect 5.0 GPA in MSc Analytical Chemistry at University of Lagos

Abdulhamid Salihu, an alumnus of Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto (UDUS), has achieved a landmark academic feat by graduating with a flawless 5.0 Grade Point Average (GPA) in his Master of Science (MSc) in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Lagos (UNILAG).

Salihu's academic excellence was formally recognized following the conclusion of his postgraduate program. This achievement continues a trend of high performance that began during his undergraduate studies at UDUS.

Salihu's journey began in the 2016/2017 academic session at UDUS, where he enrolled in the Department of Applied Chemistry after scaling through the School of Matriculation Studies (SMS). Known among his peers as the "youngest genius," he maintained remarkable academic records throughout his stay at the institution, graduating as the second overall best student in his department.

Beyond his scientific acumen, Salihu is noted for his strong morality, being a Hafiz (memorizer) of the Holy Qur'an and a dedicated follower of the Albani school of Islamic thought.
