ADSU Begins Preparations for 18th Convocation Ceremony

Adamawa State University, Mubi, has commenced preparations for its 18th Convocation Ceremony with the inauguration of various sub-committees saddled with the responsibility of ensuring a successful and memorable event.

The Vice-Chancellor of the University and Chairman of the Central Planning Committee, Prof. Augustine Clement, inaugurated the committees at the Senate Chamber of the University on Monday, 21st September, 2026.

While inaugurating the committees, the Vice-Chancellor charged members to approach their respective assignments with dedication, professionalism, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Prof. Clement stressed the need for effective collaboration and teamwork among members, noting that the success of the convocation would depend largely on the commitment and coordinated efforts of all the committees.

He further urged members to uphold excellence in the discharge of their duties, describing the forthcoming convocation as an important milestone in the history and development of Adamawa State University.

The 18th Convocation Ceremony is scheduled to take place on 28th November, 2026.
