Ahmadu Bello University Releases Schedule for 2023/2024 Special Resit Examinations
The examinations will commence with registration on October 21, 2024, followed by revision and exams, which will end on November 9, 2024.

Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), Zaria, has announced the schedule for the 2023/2024 Special Resit Examinations. The Senate of the university approved the timetable at its 539th (Regular) meeting held on August 29, 2024. The examinations will commence with registration on October 21, 2024, followed by revision and exams, which will end on November 9, 2024.
The resit is available to final-year students with no more than four outstanding courses and optional for those whose residency has not expired. Additionally, 300, 500, and 600-level Veterinary Medicine students, as well as 300-level students of pre-clinical programs in the College of Medical Sciences, are eligible.
The registration fee for each course is ₦5,000. It is important to note that the maximum score in the Special Resit Examinations will be the minimum pass mark—40% for classified degrees and 50% for unclassified degrees.
