LASU Seeks NUC Approval for Two New Academic Programmes

The National Universities Commission has assessed two newly introduced academic programmes at Lagos State University to determine their compliance with prescribed standards for quality university education.

The exercise was part of the Commission's resource verification process for new programmes. The NUC team assessed facilities, staffing, curriculum and other requirements to ensure the proposed programmes meet the minimum academic standards.

The outcome of the assessment will determine approval for the commencement of the programmes.
