Ajayi Crowther University DVC, Prof. Adeyemi Binuyo, Inducted as Fellow of AcIRSTD

Professor Adeyemi Olukayode Binuyo, Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Administration) of Ajayi Crowther University (ACU), Oyo, has been inducted as a Fellow of the Academy of Innovative Research, Science and Technological Development (FAcIRSTD).

Prof. Binuyo is a Professor in the Department of Mathematical Sciences, Faculty of Natural Sciences, Ajayi Crowther University. His academic specialisations include Mathematical Modelling, Computational Mathematics and Numerical Simulation.

The induction ceremony took place on Thursday, October 29, 2026, at the Nigerian National Merit Awards House, Maitama, Abuja, alongside the International Conference on Science, Engineering and Sustainable Green Technology (ICSESGT 2026), organised by the Academy of Innovative Research, Science and Technological Development (AcIRSTD).

The Fellowship recognises distinguished contributions to research, innovation, science and technological development. Prof. Binuyo's induction places him among a select group of scholars recognised by the Academy for excellence in their respective fields.

The event attracted participants from across the science, engineering and technology communities, with discussions focusing on sustainable green technology and its role in national development.

The Vice-Chancellor of Ajayi Crowther University, Prof. Ebunoluwa Oduwole, has congratulated Prof. Binuyo on the recognition, expressing confidence that his new status as a Fellow of AcIRSTD would further strengthen the university's relationship with the Academy and promote collaborative efforts in innovative research and sustainable technology.
