According to a memorandum released on April 27, 2026, all affected students are required to complete their registration process and obtain their registration numbers on or before Wednesday, May 6, 2026.
The institution emphasized that:
- All outstanding registrations must be concluded within the stipulated deadline
- Registration numbers must be duly obtained as proof of completion
- Heads of Department have been instructed to enforce strict compliance across all departments

The management warned that failure to meet the deadline will lead to forfeiture of admission, stressing that no further extension will be granted.
