ASUU Awards Scholarships to Seven LAUTECH Students

The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) has awarded scholarships to seven outstanding students of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomoso.

The recipients were selected based on their exceptional academic performance, with cumulative grade point averages (CGPA) ranging from 3.85 to 4.84.

Two students, Lawal Idowu Titilope and Omoniyi Aanuoluwapo Oluwaseun, were awarded N200,000 each by the ASUU National Secretariat, while five other students received N100,000 each from the LAUTECH branch of ASUU. The scholarship is intended to support the students' tuition fees.

The scholarships were presented by professors from LAUTECH, including Professors Agbaje Lateef, Musbau Azeez, Akeem Lawal, and Adebola Akintola. The ASUU National Secretariat and LAUTECH branch demonstrated their commitment to supporting academic excellence through this gesture.
