ATBU Application Into ASUU Annual Scholarship Scheme, 2023

The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) is pleased to announce Annual Scholarships Award 2023 scheme to indigent students in pursuit of undergraduate courses.

CRITERIA FOR AWARD
Applicants must be indigent
Applicants must be a registered students of Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University (ATBU) 3) Applicants must have at least a CGPA of 3.00 on a 5-point scale Bauchi

MODE OF APPLICATION

(A) Each applicant shall submit an application letter, not more than two (2) pages. The letter must include the name of the candidate, course, year of study, state of origin and why the candidate believes that he or she should be given the award.

(B) The application letter must be accompanied by:

• a photocopy of the candidate's current Identity Card:
• a letter from the candidate's current Head of Department/Examination Officer, including correct information on the candidate's CGPA for the last academic session
• a duly signed copy of the candidate's registration form for the current semester, and
• two (2) passport photographs

Applications should be forwarded (by hand) to Mrs Happy Bako @ ASUU Secretariat, ATBU Yelwa Campus, Bauchi

Deadline for submission of applications: Monday, 23rd October, 2023 by 4.00pm

INTERVIEW

ONLY SHORTLISTED applicants will be interviewed on Thursday 26th October, 2023 at ASUU Secretariat, Yelwa Campus ATBU, Bauchi by 10:00 am Prompt

AWARD CEREMONY

Successful candidates will be awarded the scholarships on 12 November, 2023 (Heroes' Day) at ASUU National Secretariat, Abuja.
