Bayelsa Medical University Opens 2025-2026 Admission Application

The Management of the Bayelsa Medical University (BMU), Yenagoa, has announced the commencement of its admission process for the 2025/2026 academic session.

Applications are now open via the university’s website: www.bmu.edu.ng.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Age Requirement: Applicants must be at least 16 years old at the time of application.
  • UTME Requirement: Candidates must have participated in the 2025 UTME conducted by JAMB and scored a minimum of 150.
  • O’Level Requirements: At least five credits in SSCE or equivalent in English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology.

Application Procedure

Interested candidates should apply through the BMU application portal. Those who have not selected BMU as their first choice on JAMB CAPS are advised to do so and upload all O’Level results via any JAMB office or accredited CBT centre.
