Bayero University Kano Issues Final Documentation Notice for Undergraduate Students

Bayero University, Kano (BUK), has forwarded a list of undergraduate students who failed to report for mandatory documentation to the Directorate of Examinations, Admissions and Records (DEAR) to the various faculties.

The official correspondence, dated December 29, 2025, and signed by Amina Wada Kurawa, Director of DEAR, addresses the Deans of Faculties, including the Faculty of Computing. The notice highlights the documentation exercise that was originally conducted in January 2025.

Faculties are kindly requested to inform the affected students that they must report to the Directorate immediately to complete their documentation.

The absolute deadline for students to complete this process is Friday, January 23, 2026. Failure to comply by this date may result in administrative consequences.

The University Management emphasizes the importance of adherence to this directive to ensure all student records are accurate and complete.
