COOU Staff Receives FCAI Fellowship as Institute of Corporate Administration Confers 2026 Honor in Owerri

The Governing Council of the Institute of Corporate Administration of Nigeria has conferred its Fellowship Award on Mr. Emennaa Obiora Tochukwu, a staff member of Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University (COOU), in recognition of his contributions to educational administration and institutional leadership.

The Governing Council of the Institute of Corporate Administration of Nigeria has conferred its Fellowship Award on Mr. Emennaa Obiora Tochukwu, a staff member of Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University (COOU), in recognition of his contributions to educational administration and institutional leadership.

The conferment took place on May 23, 2026, during the Institute’s 2nd Quarter Regional Conference held in Owerri, Imo State, which convened administrators, academics and industry professionals under the theme “Developing Organisational Resilience for Managing in Uncertain Times.”

The award was presented in recognition of two core areas of professional contribution:

  • Distinguished service in educational administration, with emphasis on policy implementation and system development

The Institute described the fellowship as a recognition of sustained professional excellence and leadership impact within the field of corporate and educational administration.

With the conferment, Mr. Emennaa Obiora Tochukwu is formally admitted into the Fellowship cadre of the Institute and is entitled to use the post-nominal title FCAI (Fellow, Corporate Administration Institute), signifying peer-recognised professional standing.
