Covenant University is beaming with pride as one of its own, Miss Christianah Temitope Adeboye, achieved the prestigious Gold medal in the Commonwealth Essay Competition. Her remarkable accomplishment stands as a testament to her resilience and embodies the values championed by Covenant University.

Christianah’s journey to victory was no easy feat. Fueled by the inspiration of a fellow Covenant student who won silver last year, she took on the challenge, determined to make her mark. Racing against the clock, she submitted her essay just minutes before the deadline at 11:59 PM, aware that it was her last eligible year to compete as she nears her 18th birthday.

The announcement of her Gold medal win filled Christianah with joy and pride, placing her among the distinguished Nigerian winners of this global competition.
