DELSU Faculty of Arts and Bishop of Oleh Diocese Pay Courtesy Visits to Southern Delta University Vice-Chancellor

The Vice-Chancellor of Southern Delta University (SDU), Ozoro, Prof. Sunny Awhefeada, received courtesy visits from the Faculty of Arts, Delta State University (DELSU), Abraka, and the Bishop of Oleh Diocese, Anglican Communion.

Led by Prof. Edewor, the DELSU Faculty of Arts delegation congratulated the Vice-Chancellor on his appointment and pledged continued academic collaboration and support. The Faculty also presented a gift in recognition of his achievement.

In response, Prof. Awhefeada appreciated the visit, reaffirmed his strong ties with DELSU, and reiterated his commitment to advancing Southern Delta University’s global visibility and academic excellence.

Similarly, Rt. Rev. John Usiwoma Aruakpo, Bishop of Oleh Diocese, congratulated the Vice-Chancellor and assured him of the support and partnership of the Christian community in Isoko Nation.

The Vice-Chancellor thanked both delegations and emphasized the importance of collaboration in promoting the growth and development of Southern Delta University.

The visits ended with group photographs alongside Principal Officers and members of the University Management.
