EBSU Opens 2025-2026 Post-UTME and Direct Entry Online Screening for Eligible Candidates
The Management of the Ebonyi State University (EBSU) has announced the commencement of its 2025/2026 Post-UTME and Direct Entry online screening for candidates seeking admission into various programmes of the institution.
The Management of the Ebonyi State University (EBSU) has announced the commencement of its 2025/2026 Post-UTME and Direct Entry online screening for candidates seeking admission into various programmes of the institution.
The application portal will be open from July 14, 2025, to August 14, 2025.
Eligibility
- Candidates must have chosen EBSU as their first choice in the 2025 UTME or be willing to change to EBSU.
- Minimum UTME score: 150.
- Awaiting 2025 NABTEB O’Level, WAEC (May/June), or NECO (June/July) results are eligible to apply.
- Names on all documents must be consistent to avoid disqualification.
- Physical screening is not required; admission status will be communicated via the EBSU portal.
- O’Level results must be uploaded to both the EBSU and JAMB portals before admission can be recommended.
- Admission offers must be accepted within four (4) weeks or they will be withdrawn.
- Pre-degree admissions will be based on the average of JAMB and Pre-degree scores.

Direct Entry
- All Direct Entry candidates who chose EBSU are to be screened online.
- “A” level certificates must be verified in the JAMB portal to enable EBSU to recommend admission.
Application Fee
- ₦2,000 (non-refundable).
Registration Procedure
- Log in to the EBSU Post-UTME Portal and go to the Quick Menu.
- Click Online Application Forms.
- Select Post-UTME or Direct Entry application form.
- Enter your JAMB registration number and click Login to generate a payment invoice.
- Pay at any bank or online using a debit card.
- Return to the portal to complete the application form.
- Use a valid personal email address and phone number.
Approved Cut-Off Mark
- 150 for all programmes.
