ESUT issues urgent notice to all graduates from the school

The Management of the Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT) has issued an urgent notice to the ALUMNI of the school, Myschoolnews gathered.

The notice reads; “this to inform all Graduates (ALUMNI) of the Enugu State University of Science and Technology ESUT, (from the inception of the University to date) that ESUT has stopped issuance of Statement of Results as well as determined deadline for validity of Statement of Results already issued to our ex-students for all programmes offered in the University.

Henceforth, Statement of Results issued to past graduates of ESUT shall cease to be valid from 30 June, 2023.

The University Management has made it as a matter of deliberate policy that certificates of graduands are signed and made ready for collection immediately, on approval of results. All valid applications for certificates shall be treated expeditiously.

Therefore all graduates (ALUMNI) who still possess Statement of Results issued by ESUT are enjoined in their own interest to apply for and obtain their original certificates from the University.

For emphasis, all graduates of ESUT who are still parading Statement of Results are by this notice and announcement warned that such statement of results would no longer be valid academic document from ESUT after 30th June, 2023. 

Employers  of ESUT Graduates that are still in possession of ESUT Statement of Results are hereby notified accordingly.”
