A 20-year-old student of the Federal College of Education (FCE) Okene, Suleiman Rahama Onono, has been found dead, with reports indicating that her breasts and other private parts were missing.

Rahama was reported missing on Saturday, January 24, 2026, prompting family, friends, and the college community to launch a search for her.

Her lifeless body was discovered on Monday, February 2, at Eika-Adagu community along the Okene-Lokoja highway, following search operations by relatives with assistance from local security personnel.

The police evacuated the body and deposited it at Okengwe General Hospital morgue for autopsy and preservation.

Residents of the area expressed deep fear over the incident and have renewed calls for urgent security measures, including the installation of streetlights, to prevent crimes under the cover of darkness.

Local inhabitants noted that Camp 2, where Rahama’s body was found, has become increasingly notorious for criminal activities in recent years, heightening concerns over public safety in the community.
