Federal University of Kashere Appoints New Registrar and Bursar

The Governing Council of Federal University of Kashere (FUK) has announced the appointment of a new Registrar and Bursar, effective February 11, 2025.

Alhaji Nasir Lawan Abdullahi has been appointed as the new Registrar, bringing with him a wealth of experience from his previous role as Registrar of Federal College of Education, Jama'are in Bauchi State. Prior to that, he worked as an Administrative Officer at Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University (ATBU) Bauchi, rising to the rank of Senior Deputy Registrar in 2018.

Mr. Isa Adamu Amaza has been appointed as the new Bursar. He previously served as the Ag. Director of Colleges, Faculties and Postgraduate Accounts in the Bursary Department of University of Maiduguri, where he started his career as an Accountant and rose to the rank of Deputy Bursar in 2019.

The Chairman of Council, Prof. Williams Olushola Aderounmu, and the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Umaru A. Pate, congratulated the new appointees, stating that their selections were based on their performance and experience. They urged them to bring their expertise to bear in their new roles and to uphold the university's values of discipline and ethics.
