Professor Obiageli Okafor Reappointed as Director, JUPEB

It is with immense pleasure and a profound sense of pride that I congratulate Prof. Obiageli Okafor of the Department of Mass Communication on her reappointment as Director of the Joint Universities Preliminary Examinations Board (JUPEB), ESUT.

This reappointment is a fitting recognition of your dedication, leadership capacity, administrative experience and contributions to the advancement of the University. It reflects the confidence reposed in your ability to sustain the progress of the Board and provide purposeful leadership in the discharge of its important responsibilities.
