The Federal University Otuoke (FUOTUOKE) has announced its 2nd Combined Convocation Ceremony for the conferment of Bachelor’s and Postgraduate Degrees.
The event is scheduled to hold from Monday, December 8 to Friday, December 12, 2025, and will involve a series of pre-convocation and main events.
According to Registrar Andabi Amangi-Edomo, the programme is structured as follows:
Pre-Convocation Events (Days 1–3)
- Monday, 8/12/2025: Press briefing by the Vice-Chancellor and commissioning of university projects.
- Tuesday, 9/12/2025: Special meetings of the Congregation and the Senate.
- Wednesday, 10/12/2025: Novelty football match.
Other Side Events (Day 4 – Thursday, 11/12/2025)
- Installation of the Chancellor
- Exhibition
- Admission into Professional Bodies
- Admission into FUO Alumni Association
- Convocation Play
- Convocation Lecture
- Convocation Dinner
Convocation Proper (Day 5 – Friday, 12/12/2025)
- Award of Bachelor’s and Postgraduate Degrees
