FRSC Special Marshals Decorate FULafia VC and Bursar, Strengthen Road Safety Alliance

Members of the Federal University of Lafia (FULafia) Special Marshals Unit 7 have congratulated the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Mohammed Isa Kida, and Bursar, Mr Ovey Aboki, following their recent appointments.

The delegation, which spoke through the Unit Coordinator, Comrade Becky Mnena Kajo, said the visit, which took place at the University’s Old Senate Chamber at the Permanent Site Campus, was made to strengthen existing relationship between and FULafia and FRSC and promote road safety initiatives.

A highlight of the visit was the conferment of the title of Patron of FULafia Special Marshals Unit 7 on Prof. Kida by the FRSC Sector Commander, Corps Commander Yahaya Sabo Adikwu.

The team, also, presented congratulatory letters and branded wall clocks to the vice-chancellor and the bursar of the University.

Kida commended the marshals, urging them to sustain road safety awareness campaigns.
