Prof. Oladipo gave charge at 30th Anniversary celebration of Tai Solarin Federal University of Education International School (TASFUEDIS), Igbeba, describing milestone as testament to three decades of commitment to education, character formation, discipline and development of young people for meaningful contributions to society.
According to Vice-Chancellor, continued relevance of School depends not only on its achievements but also on ability of staff to continually update knowledge and skills in response to changing demands of education.
He noted TASFUEDIS had, since its establishment, remained integral part of University's educational vision by providing young learners with opportunities to acquire knowledge, develop talents, build confidence and cultivate character required to navigate increasingly complex world.

Prof. Oladipo, however, pointed to school's recent academic performance as evidence of quality of work being done, noting 2026 WASSCE results recorded 100 per cent pass in 27 subjects, with 90 per cent pass in English Language, while four students scored above 300 in 2026 UTME.
He attributed feat to dedication of teachers, commitment of students and support of parents and guardians, urging School Community to sustain momentum.
Tracing journey of institution, Principal of TASFUEDIS, Mrs. Adebola Omoyele, said School had evolved from modest beginning with eight students in 1996 into institution that had graduated more than 2,000 students who now contribute to society across various professions.
Mrs. Omoyele recalled School was established following approval of Governing Council of then Ogun State College of Education, after proposal for secondary school was first considered by Council in 1994.
She disclosed school received provisional approval from Ogun State Ministry of Education and Youth Development on June 26, 1996, before officially commencing operations on October 7 same year.
According to her, pioneering teachers, some of whom volunteered services without stipends, laid foundation upon which School's subsequent growth was built.
She also acknowledged contributions of successive Vice-Chancellors, Provosts, Principals, Teachers, Governing Boards, Parents, Alumni and other stakeholders whose interventions had strengthened school.
Beyond academics, Principal drew attention to school's record in Science and Technology, recalling its emergence as National winner of Schlumberger Excellence in Education Development (SEED) Nigerian Academy of Science Contest in 2014 with its "Water Powered Automobile" project.
Achievement, she noted, earned School international recognition and trip to France.
She further disclosed students had developed green-energy production room to supplement electricity supplied by IBEDC, while school had also installed solar panels and facilitated production of drones for aerial surveillance.
To deepen students' exposure to digital technology, she disclosed school had partnered with Tech Talent Academy (TTA) to provide additional training and skills development.
These achievements, Mrs. Omoyele stressed, had been complemented by sustained infrastructural development, including multipurpose Home Economics laboratory, ultra-modern Administrative and Science Laboratory Complex, multipurpose School Hall, refurbished Boys and Girls Hostels and multipurpose sports field.
She also commended Parents-Teachers Association for contributions, particularly construction of buttery complex and befitting Dining Hall for boarders, as well as its annual welfare support for staff.
Looking ahead, Principal noted school would focus on consolidating academic performance, expand Digital Technology Education and equip students with skills that would make them self-reliant, patriotic and prepared to contribute meaningfully to national development.
She expressed hope that next phase of School's journey would produce Presidents, Governors, Inventors and Reformers capable of transforming Nigeria and wider world.
In related submission, Chairman, Governing Board of TASFUEDIS, Prof. Adekunle Bamiro, urged School Community to approach next phase with renewed determination, noting educational landscape was changing rapidly.
Prof. Bamiro called for greater attention to innovation, digital transformation, character formation, scientific and technological advancement and global competitiveness, while maintaining values of discipline, integrity, hard work and service.
