FUL Reschedules 10th Convocation Ceremony to November 14

The Federal University Lokoja (FUL) has announced the rescheduling of its 10th Convocation Ceremony earlier scheduled for Saturday, October 17, 2026, to Saturday, November 14, 2026.

According to a circular dated September 22, 2026, and signed by the Registrar, Dr Rebecca Amiohu Okojie, on behalf of the University Management, the adjustment became necessary due to circumstances beyond the University's control, particularly the Kogi State Local Government Elections, which coincide with the earlier scheduled date for the Convocation Ceremony.

The 10th Convocation Ceremony will now take place on Saturday, November 14, 2026, at the Main Campus, Felele, Lokoja, Kogi State.

The University Management expressed its deep regret over any inconvenience the change of date may cause graduating students, parents, guardians, invited guests and other stakeholders, and appealed for their understanding and continued support.

Management further assured the University community and the general public that all arrangements for a successful Convocation Ceremony remain in progress.

All stakeholders, particularly graduating students, are advised to take note of the new date and make the necessary preparations accordingly.

Detailed activities for the Convocation Week will be published and circulated in due course.
