FUL VC Congratulates Vincent Ifedayo Ojo on Appointment as Substantive Registrar of UNIMED

The Vice-Chancellor of the Federal University Lokoja (FUL), Professor Gbenga Solomon Ibileye, MNAL, FESAN, FLAN, has congratulated Mr. Vincent Ifedayo Ojo, Senior Deputy Registrar, Human Resources Division of the University, on his appointment as the Substantive Registrar of the University of Medical Sciences (UNIMED), Ondo, Ondo State.

The Vice-Chancellor extended the congratulatory message on behalf of the Governing Council, Senate, Management, Staff, Students and the entire Federal University Lokoja community.

Professor Ibileye described Mr. Ojo’s appointment as a well-deserved elevation and a resounding affirmation of his exceptional administrative competence, unwavering integrity, outstanding professionalism and remarkable dedication to the Nigerian university system.

He noted that throughout his years of service at Federal University Lokoja, Mr. Ojo distinguished himself as a diligent, resourceful and highly dependable administrator whose commitment to institutional excellence earned him the admiration and respect of colleagues across all cadres.

As Senior Deputy Registrar in charge of the Human Resources Division, Mr. Ojo demonstrated strong capacity in personnel administration, strategic planning, policy implementation and human capital development.

The Vice-Chancellor also commended his exemplary work ethic, calm disposition and passion for service, noting that these qualities contributed immensely to the growth and stability of Federal University Lokoja.

Professor Ibileye stated that Mr. Ojo’s appointment was not only a personal milestone but also a testament to the quality of human resources being nurtured within Federal University Lokoja.

He added that Mr. Ojo’s emergence as Registrar of one of Nigeria’s foremost specialised universities further reinforces Federal University Lokoja’s reputation as a breeding ground for visionary leaders and accomplished administrators.

As he assumes the responsibilities of his new office, the Vice-Chancellor expressed confidence that Mr. Ojo would bring his wealth of experience, intellectual depth, administrative dexterity and exemplary leadership to bear on the advancement of the vision and mission of the University of Medical Sciences, Ondo.

Professor Ibileye expressed optimism that his tenure would be marked by innovation, transparency, institutional harmony and enduring achievements.

While acknowledging that Federal University Lokoja would miss Mr. Ojo’s invaluable contributions, the University celebrated his elevation and wished him success as he begins his new assignment at UNIMED.
