FULafia Partners with Africa Plus Partners to Enhance Student Accommodation

The Federal University of Lafia (FULafia) has entered into a partnership with Africa Plus Partners (APP), in collaboration with TETFUND and Family Home Fund, to address student accommodation challenges on campus. The partnership was formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed on Thursday, December 5, 2024.
The Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Research and Partnerships, Professor Samaila Usman Dakyes, signed the agreement on behalf of FULafia, while the Principal Consultant of APP, Mr. Oyedeji Olusegun, represented the organization. The partnership is expected to deliver improved and sustainable hostel facilities for students.
According to the stakeholders, the agreement aims to provide a conducive living environment that enhances the overall student experience. By combining resources and expertise, the collaboration will address infrastructure needs and create innovative solutions for student housing.
Both parties expressed confidence in the success of the partnership, reaffirming their commitment to fostering academic excellence through improved accommodation facilities at FULafia.
