The Federal University, Lokoja (FULOKOJA) has officially informed students who applied for the Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND) that the #5,000 late registration fee showing on their school fees portal is due to a system glitch.

University Management has confirmed that the issue is being addressed and will be resolved shortly.

According to the NELFUND Desk Officer, the names of all applicants are currently being processed to reopen their portals for course registration, ensuring that students can complete their academic registration without further complications.

Students whose portal status indicates “Disbursed” are strongly advised not to make any school fees payments, even if they have the funds available. This status confirms that their school fees have already been credited to the University, and any duplicate payment is unnecessary.
