FUTH Lafia Earns Presidential Commendation for Vaccine Research and Healthcare Innovation

The Presidential Initiative for Unlocking the Healthcare Value Chain (PVAC) today paid an official visit to FUTH Lafia's Centre for Vaccine Research and Biotechnology as part of its mandate to strengthen healthcare delivery and promote sustainable development within Nigeria’s health sector. 

The delegation was received by the Chief Medical Director (CMD), alongside members of the management team and staff were conducted on a tour of the facility showcasing key departments, ongoing operations, achievements, and ongoing initiatives aimed at improving service delivery.

The PVAC delegation led by Dr Muhammad Balarebe, commended the facility’s forward-thinking approach and commitment to capacity building, reaffirming mutual interest in sustained collaboration to advance Nigeria’s healthcare value chain.
