The Students’ Union Government (SUG) of the Federal University of Technology, Minna (FUT Minna), has issued a critical notice to all 500-level (Final Year) students regarding the processing of their graduation records.
In a statement released by the SUG Public Relations Officer, Comrade Muhammad Nurudeen Liman, students are informed that the Graduate Bio-Data Form is now live and accessible via the official student portal.
Action Required for 500L Students:
Portal Access: Students must log in to their individual portals to fill out the required information.
Documentation: After completion, a physical copy of the form must be printed for submission.
Urgency: The Bio-Data form is a mandatory requirement for the processing of certificates and the official compilation of graduation records.
The Union emphasized that prompt completion of this process is essential to avoid delays in final clearance and the issuance of results. A sample of the expected form has been provided through union channels to guide students in ensuring their data is captured accurately.
"All concerned students are advised to act accordingly and promptly to ensure a seamless transition into the alumni community," the statement concluded.
