- Click on “Fresh Application” to begin registration
- Complete the Basic Details Form (BDF)
- Click “CONTINUE” to proceed
- Select “PAY NOW” to make payment or “SAVE & EXIT” to continue later
- Complete payment processing
- Return to the portal and log in using Application Number as username and Surname as password
- Fill in all required details accurately
- Enter O’Level results
- Click “SUBMIT” to save application
- Upload passport photograph (JPEG format, 120×120 pixels, not more than 20KB)
- Print the Detailed Application Form (DAF) after submission
