Gloria Ishaya Karu Emerges as Best Graduating Accounting Student at Gombe State University

In a remarkable display of academic excellence, Gloria Ishaya Karu has been named the Best Graduating Student in the Department of Accounting at Gombe State University (GSU). 

Karu achieved this top honor with a stellar Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 4.80, capped by a perfect 5.00 GPA in her final semester. Her performance distinguishes her as one of the highest-achieving graduates in the university's Faculty of Social and Management Sciences for the 2025/2026 academic cycle. 

The achievement is being hailed by the GSU community as a product of consistency and "smart work." Fellow students and faculty members have noted that Karu’s success serves as a powerful inspiration for undergraduates across all disciplines, demonstrating that peak academic performance is achievable through disciplined focus.
