The Benue State Governor, Rev. Fr. Dr. Hyacinth Iormem Alia, delivered the University of Abuja's inaugural Quarterly Guest Lecture today, arguing that insecurity remains one of Nigeria's greatest obstacles to development and that quality education, investment in human capital, stronger institutions and justice offer the most sustainable path to national development.
