Gov Umaru Bago Receives Letter Recognizing Abubakar Abdulsalami University of Agriculture & Climate Action Mokwa

Niger State Governor, Mohammed Umaru Bago, has officially received a letter of recognition from the National Universities Commission (NUC), acknowledging the establishment of the Abubakar Abdulsalami University of Agriculture & Climate Action Mokwa as the 65th State University and the 277th in Nigeria.

The recognition letter was presented to Governor Bago by Professor Muhammad Kuta Yahaya, the Pro Chancellor of Abdulkadir Kure University Minna, during a ceremony held at the Council Chamber of the Government House in Minna on December 9, 2024.

Governor Bago expressed his gratitude to Prof. Kuta Yahaya for his outstanding contributions to the state's educational advancement, emphasizing that his efforts have positioned Niger State as a leader in the education sector.
