The Vice-Chancellor, Professor Mohammed Hadi Sulaiman, has extended his condolences to the family on behalf of the University community. He prayed that Allah forgives the deceased's shortcomings and grants her Aljannah Firdausi. The Vice-Chancellor also urged the family to find solace in the fact that it is Allah who gives and takes.

The deceased will be laid to rest in Zaria according to Islamic rites. The University community has expressed its sympathy to the family and prayed for Allah's mercy and blessings during this difficult time.
