Kaduna State University to Host Oath-Taking and Induction Ceremony for Pharmaceutical Sciences Graduands

The Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Kaduna State University (KASU), in collaboration with the Pharmacy Council of Nigeria (PCN), is organizing an oath-taking and induction ceremony for its graduands.

The event is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, June 11, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. at the 1000 Seater Theatre, KASU.

The ceremony will feature distinguished speakers, including Dr. Hadiza Usman Ma'aji, Head of Clinical Pharmacy and Pharmacy Practice, Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), Zaria, and Pharm. Abdullahi S. Galadima, Regional Cold Chain Logistics and Vaccine Management Consultant, UNICEF GPEI RRT ESARO, Nairobi, Kenya.

The event aims to indoctrinate the graduands into the profession, emphasizing the ethics, codes of conduct, and professional responsibilities of pharmacists. The Vice Chancellor of KASU, Prof. Abdullahi I. Musa, will be the chief host, while Dr. Musa A. Garba, Dean of the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, KASU, will serve as the host.
