Khalifa Isyaku Rabiu University (KHAIRUN) is set to serve as the host for the upcoming Seventh Qur’anic Competition, following a high-level strategic visit from the Muhammad VI Foundation for African Ulama.

The Foundation’s delegation, led by Dr. Imam Ibrahim Muhammad, was formally received by the university management to coordinate preparations for the prestigious event.

During the visit, Dr. Muhammad expressed deep appreciation for the university’s hospitality and offered prayers for the institution's late founder, Sheikh Khalifa Isyaku Rabiu. He specifically acknowledged the Sheikh's global contributions to the advancement of Qur’anic studies, which continue to influence Islamic scholarship today.
