Khalifa Isyaku Rabiu University, Kano (KHAIRUN), led by Vice-Chancellor Professor Abdulrashid Garba, paid a courtesy visit to Mu’assasatu Sheikh Muhammad Rabiu Tahfizul Qur’an on Wednesday, 12th November, 2025.

Professor Garba described the school as an integral part of KHAIRUN, sharing the same heritage and founded by the late Khalifa Isyaku Rabiu. He highlighted that KHAIRUN has integrated recitation and memorization of the Holy Qur’an as a compulsory part of its curriculum, reflecting the founder’s vision to combine moral, spiritual, and intellectual excellence.

The Vice-Chancellor commended the school’s Director, Goni Musbahu Tijjani Rabi’u, for his leadership, noting the institution’s reputation as one of Kano State’s leading Qur’an memorization schools. He expressed sincere appreciation for the warm reception extended to the university’s delegation.

In his remarks, Director Goni Musbahu Tijjani Rabi’u welcomed the visitors, shared a brief history of the school, and reaffirmed his commitment to ongoing collaboration and mutual support between the school and KHAIRUN.
