Professor Ademiluyi is currently the Head of the Department of Business and Entrepreneurship Education at KWASU and serves as the National President of the Association of Business Educators of Nigeria. His extensive background in education includes a specialization in Entrepreneurship, Office Technology, and Management.

Before joining KWASU in 2016 as a Senior Lecturer, Professor Ademiluyi served as a two-term Deputy Rector at Osun State Polytechnic, Iree. He holds degrees from prestigious institutions including Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria; University of Ibadan; Ladoke Akintola University, Ogbomosho; and Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, where he earned a Ph.D. in Business Education.

In his new role as Director of the IOE, Professor Ademiluyi succeeds Professor Olubukola Christianah Dada, who has been appointed Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Academic. Professor Ademiluyi's appointment marks a new chapter for the Institute as he brings a dynamic blend of administrative acumen and academic leadership to the position.
His tenure as Director is anticipated to bring continued growth and innovation to the Institute of Education, reinforcing KWASU’s commitment to excellence in teaching and research.
