Lagos State College of Nursing Opens 2026/2027 ND/HND Admission Form, Announces Requirements and Screening Details

The Lagos State College of Nursing (LASCON), Igando, Alimosho Local Government Area, has announced the commencement of applications for Computer Assisted Screening (CAS) into its National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) non-terminal programme for the 2026/2027 academic session.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates seeking admission into the Nursing and Midwifery-related programme leading to HND qualifications and mandatory internship.

Eligibility

• Candidates must have scored 200 and above in the 2026 JAMB examination and must have selected Lagos State College of Nursing, Igando, as first choice institution.

• Candidates must possess WASSCE/NECO O’Level with credit passes in five (5) subjects including English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology at not more than two sittings.

• Candidates must be 17 years of age before the end of the 2026 admission exercise.

• Time: 8:00am
• Venue: Lagos State College of Nursing, Igando, inside Alimosho General Hospital
• Mode: Computer-Based Testing (CBT)
• Subjects: English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Current Affairs

Method of Application

• Log on to www.lascon.edu.ng
• Click on Course menu, then click Apply
• Create a new application account using Surname, First Name, Course, Email, Phone Number, and JAMB number
• Submit to receive confirmation mail containing payment link, admission number, and password
• Click payment link and proceed with payment (₦25,000 non-refundable application fee via Paystack or other options)
• After payment, receive application number and password via email
• Log in to continue application
• Fill Applicant Information including:
  • Demographic information
  • Address information
  • O’Level details (verify results before proceeding)
  • Parent/Guardian/Sponsor details
  • Upload passport (max 100kb)
  • Upload required documents
  • Change password
  • Lock details
• Submit application
• Print Applicant Information Form (mandatory for screening exam)

Important Note

• First year school fees: ₦300,000 (payable before resumption)
• Acceptance fee: ₦100,000 (non-refundable)
• Training is residential
• Applicants must print their completed form to be eligible for the screening examination
