The programme is designed to comprehensively prepare candidates for the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) with the goal of securing admission into the 100-Level Degree Programme of LASUSTECH.
Admission Requirements
- Five O’ Level Credits: Candidates must possess a minimum of five credits in one or two sittings, including English Language. Specific subject requirements apply to courses in Science, Social Sciences, and Arts. Students awaiting results may also apply.
- O’ Level Credit Deficient Subjects: Candidates with at least three credits in relevant subjects may be considered, but must register and pass WAEC/NECO before the completion of the programme.
Programme Duration
The Pre-Degree Programme runs for eight months, structured into two semesters.
Application Process
- Visit the LASUSTECH application portal via: https://sbas.lasustech.edu.ng
- Pay a non-refundable application fee of ₦15,000.
- Complete the online form and submit with required documents, including academic transcripts and birth certificate, to the Pre-Degree Programme Office, LASUSTECH, Ikorodu.
Qualifying Examination
Shortlisted candidates may be invited for a written qualifying test.
Criteria for Admission into 100-Level
To progress to 100-Level, candidates must:
- Sit for the 2026 UTME.
- Obtain the Minimum Tolerable Score (MTS) prescribed by LASUSTECH.
- Satisfy all other University admission requirements.
