LAUTECH Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Rom Kalilu, Hosts Global Evangelist Daniel Du Toit’s Delegation

The Vice-Chancellor of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Professor Razaq Olatunde Rom Kalilu, today received a high-powered delegation representing world-renowned evangelist Daniel Du Toit.

The courtesy visit, held at the University Senate Building, was led by Venerable Dr. Gabriel Abiodun, Chairman of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), Ogbomoso North, and Chairman of the Planning Committee for the "Ogbomoso for Christ Crusade." 

The University’s Christian community was represented by Professor Abel Babalola Ogunwale, Provost of the College of Agricultural Sciences and Renewable Natural Resources, and Revd. David Olawuyi, Chaplain of the LAUTECH Christian Interdenominational Chapel. 

The brief meeting underscored the importance of inter-faith harmony and the University’s openness to spiritual leadership within its host community. Professor Rom Kalilu welcomed the visitors, acknowledging the role of faith-based initiatives in fostering peace and moral development among the student body and staff.
