Former Information Minister Lai Mohammed Visits Al-Hikmah University, Donates Memoir to Institutional Library

The former Minister of Information and Culture, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, CON, paid a significant courtesy visit to Al-Hikmah University, Ilorin, to present and donate copies of his latest book to the university’s library.

The book, titled “Headlines and Sound Bites: Media Moments That Defined an Administration,” provides a detailed chronicle of the key events and media strategies that shaped the administration of former President Muhammadu Buhari, GCFR.

The presentation ceremony was attended by the university’s principal officers, senior academic staff, and students from various departments, particularly those in the communication and political science disciplines.

The Vice-Chancellor noted that the book would serve as a vital resource for researchers and students seeking to understand the intersection of media and governance in contemporary Nigeria.
