The Muslim Students' Society of Nigeria, Gombe State University Branch, has expressed concern over a directive requiring students of the Faculty of Science to pay ₦20,000 each for a compulsory field trip.

The society believes the additional fee is untimely and insensitive, given the recent significant increase in registration fees.
