The Nigeria Police Academy (POLAC), Wudil, Kano, has invited all applicants for the 13th Regular Course to participate in a comprehensive screening exercise scheduled to commence on Wednesday, September 9, 2026.

The Nigeria Police Academy (POLAC), Wudil, Kano, has invited all applicants for the 13th Regular Course to participate in a comprehensive screening exercise scheduled to commence on Wednesday, September 9, 2026.

The exercise will take place at the Nigeria Police Academy, Wudil, Kano, under the direction of the Commandant, AIG Auwal Musa Muhammad.

Applicants are required to print their examination slips between Tuesday, August 25 and Tuesday, September 8, 2026.

The screening exercise, which includes the Computer-Based Test (CBT), physical features assessment, medical screening and Selection Board Interview, will run from Wednesday, September 9 to Friday, September 18, 2026.

The CBT examination will be conducted according to the following schedule:

Batch 1: Wednesday, September 9, 2026 — Abia, Adamawa, Akwa Ibom, Anambra and Bauchi States.

Batch 2: Thursday, September 10, 2026 — Bauchi (Batch B), Bayelsa, Benue, Borno, Cross River and Delta States.

Batch 4: Saturday, September 12, 2026 — Jigawa, Kaduna, Kano and Katsina States.

Requirements for the screening exercise

Candidates are required to come with both the original copies and photocopies of the following documents:

  1. Primary School Leaving Certificate.
  2. SSCE Results (WAEC, NECO or NABTEB).
  3. JAMB Result Slip.
  4. Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age.
  5. L.G.A. Indigene Certificate.
  6. Letter of Identification.
  7. Guarantor's Form, properly filled and signed.
  8. Medical Certificate of Fitness from a Government Hospital.
  9. NIN Slip (National Identification Number).
  10. Four passport photographs.
  11. Application Acknowledgement Slip, to be printed from the POLAC Admission Portal.

Mode of dressing

Candidates are required to appear in a white T-shirt, white shorts, white socks and white canvas shoes.

Important information for candidates

  1. Candidates are expected to arrive at the Academy one day before their scheduled examination dates.
  2. All candidates will be accommodated within the Academy throughout the screening period.
  3. Candidates should refer to the POLAC Admission Portal for further information.
  4. Parents are not permitted to enter the Academy during the exercise.
  5. Candidates are warned to be vigilant against fake social media accounts impersonating the Nigeria Police Academy.
