The Nigerian Navy has released the list of candidates shortlisted for the Basic Training School (NNBTS) Batch 38 interview following the recruitment examination conducted on 29 November 2025.

The Nigerian Navy has released the list of candidates shortlisted for the Basic Training School (NNBTS) Batch 38 interview following the recruitment examination conducted on 29 November 2025.
Candidates whose names appear on the official portal https://www.joinnigeriannavy.navy.mil.ng are required to attend a compulsory interview scheduled to hold from 10 January to 21 February 2026. The exercise will run concurrently at two designated centres based on geopolitical zones.
Interview Centres and Schedule
Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) Old Site, Kaduna
- North West: 10 – 23 January 2026
- North Central: 24 January – 6 February 2026
- North East: 7 – 20 February 2026
Nigerian Navy Basic Training School (NNBTS), Onne, Rivers State
- South South: 10 – 23 January 2026
- South East: 24 January – 6 February 2026
- South West: 7 – 20 February 2026
Candidates are to attend the interview strictly according to their geopolitical zone and scheduled dates. Only those shortlisted are eligible to participate.
The notice was officially issued and signed by the Navy Secretary.
