A Nigerian Oil Tycoon, David Adefunmilayo has announced his plans to offer scholarship opportunities to second class lower and Third class graduands in Nigerian universities.

Myschoolnews reports the first class graduate of Chemical and Petroleum Engineering from UNILAG stating

his reasons for the decision noted the intelligence of people who graduated with low grades are usually underestimated hence his reasons for choosing them.

Buttressing this, David, who owns EFICO EDtech Resources cited the case of his friend who despite his intelligence, was unable to secure good opportunities because he had graduated with a second class lower division.
