Nigerian Union of Allied Health Professionals Holds 2025 Health Week at UCH
The Nigerian Union of Allied Health Professionals (NUAHP) has commenced its 2025 Health Week at the University College Hospital (UCH), Ibadan.
The Nigerian Union of Allied Health Professionals (NUAHP) has commenced its 2025 Health Week at the University College Hospital (UCH), Ibadan.

The event, held on November 5, 2025, at the Professor Theophilus Ogunlesi Hall B, brought together members of the union, management officials, and other health professionals.
In his opening remarks, the Branch Chairman of NUAHP, Comrade Oladayo Olabampe, expressed appreciation to the hospital management for their consistent support and cooperation with the union. He highlighted the relevance of this year’s theme, “Healthy Financial Life: Navigating Economic Uncertainty,” describing it as timely and essential in today’s challenging economic climate.

Representing the Chief Medical Director, Professor Jesse Abiodun Otegbayo, the Chairman, Medical Advisory Committee (CMAC), Professor Olubukola Adesina, commended the union for their dedication to the hospital’s guiding principle of “Patient Comfort and Staff Welfare.” She lauded their professionalism, teamwork, and commitment to delivering quality healthcare services, urging them to sustain the high standards that have distinguished UCH over the years.
