North-Eastern University, Gombe Announces Change in Resumption Date for 2024/2025 Academic Session

The Office of the Registrar, North-Eastern University, Gombe, has announced a change in the resumption date for the first semester of the 2024/2025 academic session.

The new resumption date is Monday, 2nd September 2024, instead of the previously announced Monday, 12th August 2024. This change is due to the uncertainties associated with the impending National protest scheduled to hold from Thursday, 1st August to Saturday, 10th August 2024.
The University Senate prioritizes the safety and well-being of students and staff, considering potential travel risks. The university will continue to monitor the situation in consultation with security agencies.
