The Office of the Registrar, Northwest University (NWU), Kano, has released the schedule for physical verification and scrutiny of original documents for all newly admitted students for the 2025/2026 academic session.

The Office of the Registrar, Northwest University (NWU), Kano, has released the schedule for physical verification and scrutiny of original documents for all newly admitted students for the 2025/2026 academic session.
In a memorandum signed by Muhammad Madi Muhammad, Senior Statistics Officer, on behalf of the Head of the Directorate of Examination, Admissions, and Records (DEAR), the exercise is faculty-based and will be conducted at the City Campus.

- Education & Arts: Monday, February 2, 2026
- Science: Tuesday, February 3, 2026
- Computing: Thursday, February 5, 2026
- Social & Management Sciences: Friday, February 6, 2026
- Basic Medical Science, Clinical Science & Allied Sciences: Monday, February 9, 2026
Required Documents
All students must present original copies of the following:
- JAMB Result Slip or Direct Entry (DE) Registration Slip
- Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE) O’level Result
- NWU Post-UTME/DE Acknowledgement Slip
- Transcript (for Direct Entry students only)
