The Provost of Nwafor Orizu College of Education, Nsugbe (NOCEN), Dr. Justina Anyadiegwu, has undertaken a strategic advocacy visit to prominent philanthropist and business leader, Dr. ABC Orjiako, to explore potential Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) aimed at advancing the institution’s development.

The engagement focused on strengthening campus infrastructure and improving student welfare, with two major proposals presented. The first is the construction of a Central Security Post to enhance campus safety and ensure a secure learning environment. The second proposal seeks to establish scholarship schemes for indigent students, designed to ease financial burdens and promote academic continuity and excellence.

Dr. Anyadiegwu explained that the initiatives align with the college’s ongoing reform agenda, which emphasizes accountability, sustainable growth, and inclusivity. She stressed that improved campus security and targeted student support are critical to maintaining institutional stability and fostering academic success.
